Larry Moore, owner of Moore Telecom, Inc., was employed by Southwestern Bell
for fifteen years as a technician before starting his own telecom interconnect
business in 1983 in Dallas, Texas.

As a Bell System employee he received numerous letters of praise from customers
resulting in service awards and commendations. He served several years as a district
level customer service specialist handling all executive complaints, those very upset,
sometimes irate customers whose problems had not been resolved in a proper manner.
