This feature provides for the connection of any single line device to
the eXtra Device Port (XDP) on the digital telephone or to the tip and
ring pair of any station port which is supporting a digital set, thereby
doubling the station capacity.When single line ports are used for modern
connection, not all modem speeds are supported.
